rcourtman c667420cb2 fix: restore proper PBS namespace filtering using groups endpoint ...

- Revert to using PBS groups endpoint which correctly filters by namespace
- API testing confirmed groups endpoint returns 20 groups for root, 4 for pimox
- The 4 groups in pimox namespace are: ct/100, ct/101, ct/102, ct/103
- Each group's snapshots are then fetched with namespace parameter
- This ensures accurate backup counts per namespace
