Validate backup envelopes, source collections and consumed row fields without coercing completion flags, dropping bad rows or treating missing data as empty. Preserve independent evidence and explicit nil PVE collections, keep format errors private and retry only the failed source. Include parser and mounted regressions, subsystem contracts and inspected Chromium/WebKit final-content proof. Change-source: pulse-maintainer
