PMG's /nodes/{node}/postfix/queue is a directory index that lists the
four queue names, so the queue read has never decoded on a real gateway.
v6.5.0 logged that failure at debug level; 6.6.0 records it as a read
error, which degrades every PMG connection with queue monitoring on and
sends its poll task to the dead-letter queue (#2960).
Read each queue's TOTAL row from /postfix/qshape instead. qshape reports
ages only as buckets, so the oldest age is the lower limit of the oldest
non-empty bucket: it can under-report by up to half but never raises an
age alert early. Held mail is counted but kept out of the oldest age,
since it waits for an operator by design.
