The existing scripted-provider tests do not cover Gemini wire translation after read-only discovery. Exercise the actual adapter with synthetic SSE replies to prove canonical reboot planning retains approval and to record the distinct tool-free model conclusion limitation without manufacturing actions. This is orchestration evidence, not hosted-model or customer acceptance; no production behaviour changes.
