Remove duplicate keyboard and disclosure semantics from static data-table rows across the platform surfaces. Preserve whole-row pointer convenience while leaving focus, accessible naming and expanded state on each existing native disclosure button. The populated TrueNAS browser check also exposed an invalid combobox role on inline-only search completion, so keep it as a native textbox with aria-autocomplete.
