When Pulse starts before AI is configured, legacyService is nil.
Saving AI settings called Restart() which bailed immediately on the
nil check, leaving the service unstarted (503 on /api/ai/sessions)
until a full process restart.
Merged the nil and !IsRunning checks so first-time configure now
starts the service inline, same as the already-handled stopped case.
Also: bare model names that ParseModelString routes to Ollama (e.g.
"qwen3-omni") now fall back to a configured custom OpenAI base URL
when Ollama is not explicitly configured — handles manually-typed
model names on self-hosted OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

The single-tenant lockdown (499ab812e) set mtPersistence to nil but
only patched AISettingsHandler with a legacy fallback. AIHandler (chat
service) and ConfigProfileHandler were missed, so AI features (Patrol,
Chat) failed with "chat service not available" and config profiles
would panic on nil dereference. Wire legacy persistence into both
handlers and add the same fallback to ProfileSuggestionHandler.

- Sync UserNote, AcknowledgedAt, SnoozedUntil, DismissedReason, Suppressed,
and TimesRaised from ai.Finding to unified store in both callback and
startup sync paths. Mirror note writes to unified store immediately.
- Dim acknowledged findings (opacity-60), add "Acknowledged" badge, hide
acknowledge button once acknowledged, sort below unacknowledged in
severity mode.
- Pass finding_id through frontend chat API → backend ChatRequest →
ExecuteRequest. Look up full finding from unified store (mutex-guarded)
and prepend structured context to the prompt.

Implements Phase 1-2 of multi-tenancy support using a directory-per-tenant
strategy that preserves existing file-based persistence.
Key changes:

- Add MultiTenantMonitor for per-tenant monitor lifecycle management

The agent was crashing with 'fatal error: concurrent map writes' when
handleCheckUpdatesCommand spawned a goroutine that called collectOnce
concurrently with the main collection loop. Both code paths access
a.prevContainerCPU without synchronization.
Added a.cpuMu mutex to protect all accesses to prevContainerCPU in:
- pruneStaleCPUSamples()
- collectContainer() delete operation
- calculateContainerCPUPercent()

in natural language, and have AI generate a suggestion with name,
description, config values, and rationale.

Users with removable/unmounted datastores (e.g., external HDDs for
offline backup) experienced excessive PBS log entries because Pulse
was querying all datastores including unavailable ones.
Added `excludeDatastores` field to PBS node configuration that accepts
patterns to exclude specific datastores from monitoring:
- Exact names: "exthdd1500gb"
- Prefix patterns: "ext*"
- Suffix patterns: "*hdd"
- Contains patterns: "*removable*"
Pattern matching is case-insensitive.
Fixes#1105
Users with 100+ containers were hitting the payload size limit,
causing "Failed to decode request body" 400 errors. This aligns
the Docker agent limit with the Kubernetes agent limit (2MB).

OpenCode's frontend uses window.location.origin for API calls. When
embedded in Pulse's iframe, this points to Pulse instead of OpenCode.
This commit proxies OpenCode's API paths through Pulse:

/mcp/, /permission/, /project/, /provider/, /pty/, /question/,
/experimental/
