fix: use GNU tar to eliminate macOS extended attributes completely
...
- Auto-detect and prefer GNU tar (gtar) when available
- Fallback to BSD tar with COPYFILE_DISABLE=1 if GNU tar not available
- Verified: GNU tar produces clean tarballs with zero warnings
- Final solution for macOS extended attribute issues

fix(pbs): Use correct colon separator for PBS API token auth

This resolves authentication issues (401/403 errors) when connecting to Proxmox Backup Server instances by using the correct colon separator (:) instead of an equals sign (=) between the token ID and secret in the Authorization header, as required by the PBS API.
Also bumps version to 3.1.5.
