rcourtman f43929f4c8 Point security disclosures at security@pulserelay.pro
security@pulseapp.io was the published private-disclosure contact in
SECURITY.md and the mirrored doc copies, but pulseapp.io has no MX
records, so every report sent there bounced. security@pulserelay.pro
now has a Cloudflare Email Routing rule (added 2026-09-01) and was
verified accepting mail at the MX before this change.

rcourtman e327e09945 Fix KubernetesCluster RBAC slice race and align SECURITY.md sensor-wrapper guidance
KubernetesCluster RBAC slices were not deep-cloned

cloneKubernetesCluster cloned Nodes, Namespaces, Pods, Deployments,
and 20+ other slices via dedicated helpers but left Roles,
ClusterRoles, RoleBindings, and ClusterRoleBindings aliased to the
source slice through the dest := src shallow copy. The final
dest.NormalizeCollections() call then iterates over those four
slices and writes c.Roles[i] = c.Roles[i].NormalizeCollections()
via index assignment, which races with any concurrent clone (or
read of the same source). The race detector caught it once the
k8s cluster count was bumped from 1 to 3 in 7938f28de, which made
the contention window wide enough to hit under -race. Fix by
deep-cloning the four RBAC slices with append([]T(nil), src...)
following the same pattern as the inline slice copies elsewhere
in cloneKubernetesCluster.

SECURITY.md sensor-wrapper alignment

The SMART/SSH feature shipped in 8769f07ee updated the shipped
public security doc at frontend-modern/public/docs/SECURITY.md to
document the new Pulse-owned /usr/local/sbin/pulse-sensors wrapper
forced-command shape for the legacy SSH temperature collection
flow, but the source SECURITY.md at the repo root still described
the prior command="sensors -j" forced command. The docsLinks
test (which compares the two for byte equality) flagged the drift.
Align root SECURITY.md and re-sync the shipped copy so both
describe the wrapper contract that the setup-script and runtime
collector now own.

rcourtman 9cfcdbb247 fix: Use per-node shared flag for storage deduplication
The storage deduplication logic only checked cluster config's Shared
flag, but this required the cluster config API call to succeed. When
the per-node storage API already returns shared=1 (as the user
verified), we should use that directly.

Now we check three sources for shared storage detection:
1. Per-node API shared flag (storage.Shared)
2. Cluster config shared flag (if available)
3. Storage type heuristics (NFS, RBD, PBS, etc.)

rcourtman dcdbee3c5c feat: Add in-app help system with HelpIcon component
Add contextual help icons throughout the UI to improve feature
discoverability. Users can click (?) icons to see explanations
with examples for settings they might not understand.

- HelpIcon component with click-to-open popover
- Centralized help content registry in /content/help/
- FeatureTip component for dismissible contextual tips
- Help added to: alert delay, AI endpoints, update channel

rcourtman 2b48b0a459 feat: add --kube-include-all-deployments flag for Kubernetes agent
Adds IncludeAllDeployments option to show all deployments, not just
problem ones (where replicas don't match desired). This provides parity
with the existing --kube-include-all-pods flag.

- Add IncludeAllDeployments to kubernetesagent.Config
- Add --kube-include-all-deployments flag and PULSE_KUBE_INCLUDE_ALL_DEPLOYMENTS env var
- Update collectDeployments to respect the new flag
- Add test for IncludeAllDeployments functionality
- Update UNIFIED_AGENT.md documentation

rcourtman 6853a0ffd1 feat: serve install scripts from GitHub releases instead of main branch
Scripts like install.sh and install-sensor-proxy.sh are now attached
as release assets and downloaded from releases/latest/download/ URLs.
This ensures users always get scripts compatible with their installed
version, even while development continues on main.

Changes:
- build-release.sh: copy install scripts to release directory
- create-release.yml: upload scripts as release assets
- Updated all documentation and code references to use release URLs
- Scripts reference each other via release URLs for consistency

rcourtman b972b7f05f Fix broken documentation links for containerized deployments
Replace non-functional docs.pulseapp.io URLs with direct GitHub repository
links. The containerized deployment security documentation exists in
SECURITY.md and was previously inaccessible via the external link.

Changes:
- Update SECURITY.md documentation reference
- Fix three documentation links in config_handlers.go (SSH verification,
setup script, and security block error messages)
- All links now point to GitHub repository where docs actually live

rcourtman aa5c08ad4a feat: implement priority queue-based task execution (Phase 2 Task 6)
Replaces immediate polling with queue-based scheduling:
- TaskQueue with min-heap (container/heap) for NextRun-ordered execution
- Worker goroutines that block on WaitNext() until tasks are due
- Tasks only execute when NextRun <= now, respecting adaptive intervals
- Automatic rescheduling after execution via scheduler.BuildPlan
- Queue depth tracking for backpressure-aware interval adjustments
- Upsert semantics for updating scheduled tasks without duplicates

Task 6 of 10 complete (60%). Ready for error/backoff policies.
