Preserve exact/short/IP evidence precedence, metadata freshness, exclusions and all resources. Bind the immediate-parent algorithm and enumerate targets independently; exercise real provider grouping and connected Infrastructure output. Contract-Neutral: Pass-local representation and cost only; complete inventory, strict better-priority and ambiguity rules, evidence ordering, identity, public schemas, observations and alert policy are unchanged and covered by exhaustive and connected reference controls.
