Subject: [PATCH] Pass thresholds to the broadcast coalesce in the split test

Main's #2745 gave MonitorAdapter.CoalesceForPresentation a thresholds
argument; the operator-split test still called the old signature, so
the merged branch did not compile. It passes nil, as the adapter's own
tests do, to keep the default freshness thresholds.
