Stop disk-temperature fixture workers before temporary data cleanup

The containing monitoring suite observed TempDir cleanup failing while this fixture left its alert manager running. Register the existing joined shutdown before TempDir removal; temperature, retained-reading, linked-agent and exclusion assertions are unchanged.
