Subject: [PATCH] Verify final PBS capacity evidence on desktop and phones

Bind the final production content to six completed Chromium/WebKit direct and canonical controls, with inspected 1365px, 390px and 320px screens, mounted replacements and safe error notices. Retain earlier failed executions separately.
