Subject: [PATCH] Run troubleshooting browser proof with frontend styling

Resolve Tailwind's relative config from the frontend module before starting Vite, as the existing Docs fixture runner does. Keep the initial overflow failure in the lane receipts and expose the privacy-review step in the phone screenshot.
