Complete History help desktop and narrow browser verification

Retain the executed production Docs consumer, final guide and source hashes, keyboard fragment navigation, eight native capture inspections and browser/server cleanup on the containing source. The prior History help bytes and successful source tests are unchanged; this completes the missing browser acceptance without repeating native recovery or release proof.
