* i18n(es): add 84 missing rows, consistent tú register

Spanish lacked 84 labels that every other full catalog has (About window,
field alignment, redaction marks, certificate details, address warnings…),
so they showed in English. Five strings used formal usted; the field mask
hint was garbled; per-page rotate now matches the other rotate commands.
