* fix(invitations): a member accepting a dead invitation is already in, not told to get re-invited (BUG-3870)

When the inviter check refuses (removed, demoted, or restricted; BUG-3770,
BUG-3634), AcceptWorkspaceInvitation reads the invitee's membership in the
same transaction (FOR SHARE on Postgres) and, for an existing member, takes
BUG-3281's idempotent path: marked accepted, role kept, nothing inserted or
emitted. A non-member is refused as before. The /join preview reports
inviter_can_grant true only to the invitee's own session when they are a
member, so nothing about membership is disclosed before auth (lead ruling,
preview option a).
