xarmian e78e06bd56 BUG-3278 diagnostics: self-describing move-menu steps + flaky-run evidence upload (#1648)
* test(e2e): the move walk's card-menu steps fail in seconds naming what the menu rendered (BUG-3278 diagnostics)

A card's action menu HIDES a Move entry its position rules out, so a bare
getByRole click on an absent entry waited out the whole 30 s test budget
and reported only the name it waited for. That is BUG-3278's CI failure,
which cannot say whether the menu never opened or opened without the
entry. clickMenuEntry asserts the menu opened, then that the entry
rendered, and otherwise throws naming the rendered entries and the lane
the entry was chosen from, both then and now. Applied at all four
trigger-then-menuitem sites in the spec.

Diagnostics, not a fix: the flake is not reproduced locally, and two
candidate mechanisms (a lane re-sort after placement, a card remount)
were probed and not observed.

* ci: upload Playwright evidence for flaky runs (BUG-3278)

A test that fails and then passes on retry leaves the job green, so the
failure()-gated report upload never runs and the flake ships no
screenshot, trace or video, even though retain-on-failure kept them in
web/test-results. Upload that directory as playwright-flaky-evidence on
a green run, only when a failed attempt left a trace.zip. Retention is
7 days.
