Golden files for the initialize and tools/list results, from the production
bindings: the real `pad mcp serve` subcommand for stdio, and
registerRemoteMCP behind NewRemoteTransport for remote /mcp. The remote
registration is extracted from the cloud branch of serverStartCmd into
registerRemoteMCP, a mechanical move, so the test drives the binding rather
than assembling its own server.

It turns 'behavior-neutral' into a checked claim for the alias/funnel work
that follows and for any SDK bump. Re-injecting BUG-2302 (destructiveHint
true on read-only tools) fails both transports on the exact line.
serverInfo.version is the only normalised field.
