xarmian 6551dfcf8c fix(store): a wrong-prefix ref never resolves to another item (BUG-4119) ...

Require an exact prefix match or an item_collection_moves row for the same item and workspace whose former collection has the requested current prefix. Include deleted collections so deletion and prefix reuse preserve proven moved refs.

Share the lookup and SQL predicate across item resolution, relation referents, wiki links and cross-workspace backlinks, retaining caller liveness and wiki scope. Make parsed-ref misses terminal in both resolvers, and let show resolve live moved refs without widening include-deleted lookup.

Return additive item_ref on comment creation and replay, and print the server ref in CLI success output with an older-server fallback. Cover write integrity and move history with dual-dialect fixtures, and address ref-shaped integration fixtures through their own refs or UUIDs.
