xarmian e926a399e2 fix(cli): anchor copy's 24-hour op-key window to the first attempt (TASK-4131 r2) ...

The key's window is IdempotencyTTL from the key's created_at, set at the
first POST (internal/store/idempotency.go:50/:60/:162), so the stderr,
--help and CLAUDE.md now say "within 24 hours of the first attempt" and
that after the window the key is forgotten and a re-run can make a second
copy. FieldEditor.svelte's precedent comment now cites DR-13 as "never a
keyless automatic retry".
