* test(apps): e2e for the item action: new tab with no opener at the minted URL, a refused mint closes it, no button without actions (real server) (TASK-3413, U9d)

* fix(apps): an item action whose pane moved on before the mint answered closes its tab; the referrer the app sees is documented (TASK-3413, U9d codex r1)

* fix(apps): the item action fences with authStore.identityFence() and joins ItemDetail's reviewed child population; its tab cleanup is classified (BUG-3095 guard; TASK-3413, U9d)
