xarmian 2dbea609c3 chore(nix): bump package version to 0.15.1 ahead of the v0.15.1 tag ...

PLAYB-1160 §1 pre-flight. `vendorHash` stands unchanged: `git diff v0.15.0 --
go.sum` is empty, so no dependency moved and the vendor tree is the one that
hash was computed for.

No RC needed on this branch by construction — .goreleaser.yaml,
.github/workflows/release.yml and Dockerfile.goreleaser are all byte-identical
to v0.15.0 (0-line diffs, checked rather than assumed), so the release
machinery is the machinery that shipped 0.15.0.
