xarmian 3f9b125b81 fix(cli): 2fa disable also fails when the server sends no new session (BUG-3882) ...

The disable has revoked this CLI's session either way, so a 200 without a
replacement token leaves it signed out just as a failed save does. Exit
non-zero there too, pointing at 'pad auth login'.
