dependabot #2327 bumped the three Tiptap packages (3.31.4 to 3.32.0) inside npm-minor-and-patch, alongside unrelated tooling, and went red. CLAUDE.md requires @tiptap/core, @tiptap/extension-collaboration and @tiptap/y-tiptap to move together, exact-pinned, and never in a tooling group.

The new npm /web group `tiptap` (patterns @tiptap/*, no update-types, so majors stay coordinated too) is listed first, because dependabot assigns a dependency to the first group that matches it. npm-minor-and-patch also excludes @tiptap/*, so a later reorder cannot put Tiptap back in the tooling group.
