Unfortunately this is not feature gated, so had the risk of tanking
performance on windows. Though it should not normally happen.

refactor!: rename log feature to tracing-log

Previously `quinn*` would provide the `log` feature to log events via `log` if
no `tracing` subscriber exists.
Later https://github.com/quinn-rs/quinn/pull/1923 allowed `quinn-udp` to log via
`log` directly, making `tracing` an optional dependency. For that, it introduced
the `direct-log` feature, a workaround name in order to not introduce a breaking
change.
This commit cleans up the above, renaming the `log` feature to `tracing-log` and
the `direct-log` to `log`. This is a breaking change and thus `quinn-udp` is
bumped to `v0.6.0`.

ci: Change powerset check
...
The existing powerset check has problems:
- It takes too long.
- It failed to catch all the bugs fixed in the previous commit.
This commit fixes it as such:
- `--depth 3` is passed in which limits execution time.
- `--group-features` groups are removed which would have caught the bugs
fixed in the previous commit.
- `--clean-per-run` is removed as it's no longer necessary and slows it
down.
Experimentation indicates that a depth of 3 takes roughly a few minutes
to execute and catches bugs, whereas a depth of 4 takes roughly 40
minutes to run and does not catch any additional bugs.

Do not test all features
...
This test takes forever and we run out of disk space doing it. This
is a problem for upstream to handle, we're fine if things work for us.
