Levy Barbosa 708af2551d Simplify purge confirmation to match DLQ's existing Dialog pattern ...

Leave the DLQ purge dialog untouched and instead have the stream purge
confirmation reuse the same Dialog/destructive-button pattern DLQ already
uses, rather than converting DLQ to AlertDialog. Keeps the diff scoped to
the actual gap (streams page had no purge confirmation at all).
