Room URLs were appearing in search engine results.
The indexing is now restricted  to allow only the landing page.

- Emit a separate `home.html` during the Vite build without a `noindex` tag
- Configure Nginx to serve `home.html` exclusively at `/`
- Serve all other routes with a `noindex` meta tag and an
  `X-Robots-Tag: noindex` header
