lebaudantoine f2d50770cf 🔧(summary) add setting to control Sentry traces sampling rate
Replace the deprecated `enable_tracing=True` with `traces_sample_rate`,
read from a new `sentry_traces_sample_rate` setting (default 0.1,
validated to the 0.0–1.0 range).

Previously, tracing sampled 100% of transactions, which is costly and
unnecessary in production. The rate can now be tuned per environment
without a code change.

lebaudantoine 11e8470aa5 🔒️(summary) redact meeting content from Sentry events
Sentry attaches stack frame locals to its events. When storing a
transcript in S3 failed, the full transcript held in `data` and
`transcript` was sent to Sentry.

Keep locals for debugging, but scrub variables and nested dict keys
known to hold transcripts, summaries, LLM prompts, participants'
personal data or pre-signed URLs. Share the Sentry init between the
API and the Celery worker, and never send request bodies.

lebaudantoine 3bf78f0f5b 🐛(summary) disable default S3 checksums for GCS-compatible storage
Since boto3/botocore 1.36, the S3 client computes CRC32 checksums on
uploads by default (request_checksum_calculation="when_supported").
PutObject requests are then sent with aws-chunked encoding, a trailing
x-amz-checksum-crc32 header and a STREAMING-UNSIGNED-PAYLOAD-TRAILER
content hash.

Our production storage (S3NS, storage.s3nsapis.fr) is built on Google
Cloud Storage and exposes it through GCS's S3-compatible XML API, which
does not support these flexible checksums. It rejects the request with
a 403 SignatureDoesNotMatch ("Invalid argument"), so storing transcripts
failed in the Celery worker. Garage, used locally, supports them, which
is why the issue only appeared in production after switching the
client to boto3.

Add aws_request_checksum_calculation and
aws_response_checksum_validation settings, defaulting to
"when_required", and pass them to the botocore Config of the summary S3
client and the backend S3 client. Checksums are then only sent for
operations that require them, restoring the pre-1.36 behavior.

The summary `uv.lock` had not been updated in the last few releases.

the lockfile is out of sync with `pyproject.toml`.

Regenerate the lockfile so `uv sync --locked` passes again.

davd-gzl fbeb035f50 🔒️(ci) install every Python job through uv
lint-git runs gitlint through uvx, which fetches it for that one command and
puts nothing in the runner's Python. lint-summary and test-summary sync from a
new src/summary/uv.lock, so the versions those jobs resolve are the versions in
the tree, which is what src/backend and src/agents already do. The agents sync
refuses source distributions, since that package installs no project of its own.

Follows suitenumerique/menshen#73.

leo c7e3168ba3 🔥(backend) remove the S3 storage-event webhook for recordings
Recordings used to be finalized by an inbound notifications sent by
S3. This tied the recording lifecycle to bucket notifications, adding
complexity and dependency to limited S3 services.

The LiveKit egress_ended webhook, added as a fallback in aee1847, does
the same job without any object-storage dependency. Make it the only
mechanism: RecordingEventsService.handle_complete is now called on
EGRESS_COMPLETE / EGRESS_LIMIT_REACHED unconditionally, instead of only
when RECORDING_STORAGE_EVENT_ENABLE is False. Remove the storage-event
path entirely.

davd-gzl a67467b193 🩹(all) clear the SonarCloud reliability finding and the lint debt
The SonarCloud gate fails on main, so every commit lands red, and
gh run list hides it: it lists only Actions workflows, and the
failure is an app check run.

Reliability rests on one bug, in test_file_service.py, which wrapped
an assertion in an except Exception re-raised through pytest.fail.
Removing it takes the rating from D to A.

Two pieces of debt ride along. The SDK callback id now comes from
crypto.getRandomValues, since it guards an endpoint with no auth. And
core/tasks gets the __init__.py that lets pylint see it, with the
debt that exposes, which is why #1533 fails lint-back.

Florent Chehab ecf8f0fe3f ✨(summary) extend v2 routes to support visio usecase
* Update the v2 create transcribe payload to support
publishing directly to docs and performing automatically
a summary if requested
* Note that title computation is to be handled by the caller
now as it makes more sense and avoids throwing a bunch
of parameters to the endpoint.
* All files are send as signed URL now, we don't read
directly from s3 anymore,
* Docs integration is now explicit in summary settings
* To make analytics work properly accross projects,
we use the user sub as distinct id,
this will require a new posthog project to be deployed
to work properly.
We create a post hog event at the creation request processing,
to make sure feature flags work properly after that.
* User email should now be provided to the API, it's not
mandatory to avoid a breaking change.
* Use a specific user agent for better tracking
Finally note that existing helpers don't always make use of
the pydantic models, so that's why there
are model_dump in some places. To avoid bigger changes.

We should be able to use other transcription services,
those usually relie on response_format="diarized_json"
to produce what we need.

Note that as part of this change, we stop using
openai library for making this call to avoid
casting the result to a payload that doesn't
contain the elements we used to rely on.
(setting this specific format auto cast the
results in openai lib). We keep the old
result class used.
