Abhinav Raut 49b42976f3 update remaining static templates to Instrument Sans ...

The font swap missed static surfaces outside frontend/. The CSAT widget,
the public page style.css, and the email base template still loaded Plus
Jakarta Sans. Update them so all surfaces use the same font.
