Viktor Renkema f7b6cd87f7 Let GitBook users sign in on sites with GitBook OAuth ...

Adds ~gitbook/comments/login and /callback: the site registers an OAuth client
for its callback (RFC 7591), signs the user in with PKCE, and keeps the
session (with refresh) in httpOnly cookies scoped to the site. Groundwork for
commenting on change request previews.
