Add two built-in assistant tools: leaveAgentFeedback for the Assistant's own finding about content that would have made a question easy to answer, and leaveUserFeedback to relay the reader's words verbatim. Both submit through submitSiteAgentFeedback, the same path as the site MCP server's sendFeedback tool, which is refactored onto a shared helper and stamped with the new source field. Both surfaces now record an agent_feedback insights event.
