- AppShell: persist the sidebar's collapsed state across reloads.
- select.tsx/input.tsx: fix long values overflowing their trigger instead of
  eliding with an ellipsis; document the app's deliberate mono-font choice
  for inputs.
- AlertsPage: validate the alert-rule threshold (1-100) before enabling
  "Create rule".
- Misc tweaks across FirewallRulesPanel, CreateGuestDialog,
  AppearanceCard, card/confirm-dialog, and the Inventory/Overview/Backups/
  Cluster/Storage/AIAssistant pages.
