Mauricio Siu 5bc53bfbff feat(managed-server): update managed server functionality and database schema

- Refactored the managed server creation process to utilize UpCloud services, including the introduction of new utility functions for server management.
- Updated the managed server schema to include new fields such as `providerVmId`, `zone`, and `sshKeyId`, enhancing server management capabilities.
- Implemented validation to prevent deletion of SSH keys that are in use by managed servers.
- Introduced a new SQL migration to add the `sshKeyId` column and associated foreign key constraints to the `managed_server` table.
- Enhanced the user experience by grouping available zones by continent in the UI.
- Updated pricing display logic to reflect new pricing structure and improved formatting.
