Subject: [PATCH] fix: lock sidebar-inset scroll while a modal is open

Radix locks scroll on <body>, but the dashboard's actual scroll
container is the sidebar's <main data-slot="sidebar-inset">, so the
background stayed scrollable behind dialogs/sheets. Extend the lock
to that container using the same data-scroll-locked attribute Radix
already sets.
