* set interfacemetric to 255 - pushing it down the list of interfaces

* remove nrpt rules before trying to shut ziti down
* add some extra logging for debugging mfa issues
* stop outputting dns cache since it's not needed now that we use NRPT
* add connection specific domains to the NRPT to account for
unqualified names being mapped
* do not add DNS server to TUN - making the Ziti DNS server quasi-dark
and only used when directed by NRPT
* update all the go dependencies - verify process checks are now
case insensitive
