Scripts were only doing 'pkill -9 minio' in cleanup, missing the renamed 'buckit' binary. This caused race-instrumented buckit processes to survive cleanup and hold ports, blocking subsequent test steps. Also fixes remaining 'minio server' references to './buckit server' in test_del_marker_proxying.sh and setup_ilm_expiry_replication.sh.
