Clint Branham fac796ee43 test: add network CRUD integration tests
- Add bridge create/update/remove/apply test cases
- Add interface type filter test
- Tests exercise New-PveNetwork, Set-PveNetwork, Remove-PveNetwork,
  and Invoke-PveNetworkApply against live PVE
