Clint Branham c385f4a620 fix(tests): correct NFS and iSCSI storage test parameters
NFS and iSCSI are implicitly shared in PVE — the API rejects an
explicit 'shared' parameter. iSCSI uses 'portal' (not 'server') for
the target address.
