Define default Format-Table views for PveVm, PveNode, PveStorage,
PveTask, PveSnapshot, PveContainer, and PveUser. Add module manifest
with all 60+ cmdlets explicitly listed, PowerShell 5.1+ compatibility,
and prerelease tag.
