- generate-help.ps1: rewritten to use Update-MarkdownHelp (merge) by default, preserving hand-written descriptions and examples. Updates firewall options at the specified level.

DESCRIPTION
Modifies firewall configuration options at the Cluster, Node, Vm, or Container level.
