Clint Branham	fc29d01a7a	test: add HA rules CRUD integration tests for PVE 9.0+ ... Full lifecycle: create node-affinity rule, list, get by ID, update comment, delete, and verify deletion. Clint Branham	23b5334b27	test: rename cluster integration tests to run last ... Cluster tests create a 2-node cluster that cannot be torn down via API (quorum loss).
