UNITRONIX 5f1b5d0b3d feat(panel): refresh devices table in background ...

Reconcile the device list every 60 seconds while the page is visible, refresh once when returning to the tab, and clean up lifecycle listeners on unload. Keep live status changes on the existing WebSocket path.
