UNITRONIX 68033bbe30 security: ship generated RdClient protobuf artifacts for CSP-safe viewer ...

Track protos-static.js and public/protos/bundle.json so fresh installs and
panel updates get BetterDeskProtos without a local pbjs build. Remove the
.gitignore exclusions added with Phase 0-3 remediation.
