UNITRONIX 1259ad1a6f fix(ui): Settings nav flush/scroll, Remote bottom-nav, Material Symbols subset 
Restore UX 3.5 Settings tab bleed on phone/tablet so sticky tabs sit flush
under the topbar; keep a thin horizontal scrollbar for overflow tabs.
Fix mobile “Zdalny” linking to /remote (was /remote-dashboard 404) with a
legacy redirect. Regenerate Material Symbols to include label/assignment/
my_location so Devices toolbar icons no longer show as giant ligature text.

UNITRONIX 3f277eba9e fix(ui): self-host Material Symbols for console icons 
Replace Classic Material Icons with Symbols subsets so ligatures like
monitoring render correctly offline, and drop remaining Google icon CDN links.
