Adopt the Open Knowledge Format (GoogleCloudPlatform/knowledge-catalog) for contributor/AI-facing technical docs: YAML frontmatter on the three existing concept documents, new index.md (progressive disclosure, root carries okf_version) and log.md, plus the maintenance convention in .claude/CLAUDE.md.
