The detailed per-component chapters (Agent internals through Build & Development) are retired — product documentation lives at docs.autopilotmonitor.com now, and the deep internals went stale faster than they earned their keep. What remains is corrected against the actual tree: Shared/DecisionCore and SummaryDialog.Tests added, src/McpServer and rules/guardrails.json were missing entirely, scripts/ gained Backup + CustomerSetup, Functions references DecisionCore too, and the overview diagram no longer claims the web app serves docs. docs/images stays — all five files are embedded in the repo README.
