Web: app/sessions/inspector, Inspector button, inspectorUrl, legacy /sessions/{id}/inspector
redirect, SWA rewrites, api.inspector; drops @xyflow/react, dagre, @types/dagre.
Backend/Shared: GetSessionSignals/DecisionGraph/ReducerVerification functions, DecisionGraphBuilder,
ReducerVerifier, their DTOs and tests, the QueryBySessionAsync readers and SignalQueryLimits;
three catalog entries fewer. Signals/DecisionTransitions tables and ingest unchanged; operator
analysis reads them through MCP. Wire manifests regenerated (web + MCP copy).
