Oliver Kieselbach b054537ad5 feat(web): docs cut-over — documentation moved to docs.autopilotmonitor.com ...

- Remove app/docs (15 sections incl. agent-internals, sidebar, gates, registry)
  and app/changelog; drop the now-unused private-preview.png
- Permanent redirects in next.config.ts: per-section /docs/* mapping to the
  matching GitBook page, /docs catch-all, /changelog -> platform changelog
- All navigation and deep links point at the GitBook site (public navbar,
  authenticated navbar help menu + overflow, global sidebar, landing footer,
  about cards, preview page, dashboard banner, WelcomeMessage, analyze-rules
  and gather-rules helper links) — external links open in a new tab
- SEO: sitemap no longer emits /docs/* or /changelog, robots allow-list
  trimmed; old URLs 308-redirect so link equity moves to the docs domain

Verified: tsc clean, 506 web tests green, production build succeeds.
