The static MonitoredPoisonQueues watch-list had already drifted twice (tenant-auto-approve-poison, session-deletion-maintenance-poison missing). Health check and maintenance watcher now enumerate every existing *-poison queue in the storage account at runtime; an absent queue has never had a poison-move and is healthy by definition, so enumeration covers everything a list would. Enumeration failure surfaces as warning (never a silent all-clear) on the health card and skips the maintenance tick. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
