- publish totalSignedUpTenants in platform-stats blob JSON (was computed but not serialized)
- add totalEventsProcessed and lastUpdated timestamp to landing page stats bar
- replace plain welcome card with structured onboarding block: gradient accent, numbered steps with doc deep-links (/docs#setup, /docs#agent-setup), and polished quick-link cards with hover states
